END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dottore Phone, Italy("Company"), governing your use of the Inventory Pro mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Dottore Phone, Italy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share, sublicense, or sell your access to the App.

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and intellectual property rights, remains the property of Dottore Phone, Italy or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The App may offer subscription-based services. Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and renewal terms, are displayed in the App.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Dottore Phone, Italy or its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5. Termination

Dottore Phone, Italy reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time for any reason, including your violation of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.dottorephone.it/privacy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dottore Phone, Italy does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dottore Phone, Italy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Italy.

11. Changes to this Agreement
